FLOAT POOL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your float session reservation in one of our private float pools, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time to receive a full refund. Be advised that there will be no refund of your reservation fee if you cancel your float session reservation within 24 hours of your reservation time, or do not show up for your float session.
