CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time so that there is no charge to your account. Be advised that if you cancel your appointment between 4 and 12 hours of your appointment time, you may be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service and if you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of your appointment time, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged the FULL cost of your scheduled service.

*A CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE MUST BE ON FILE BEFORE ANY APPOINTMENT REQUEST WILL BE APPROVED*
ONCE AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST IS APPROVED, NINOTCH CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE IN EFFECT.
